We are situated about 3 miles to the east of Edale in the Hamlet of Nether Booth, opposite the lane that leads up to the Youth Hostel.

Based in the picturesque Hamlet of Nether Booth, on the outskirts of the VIllage of Edale in Derbyshire's Peak District (the starting point of the famous Pennine Way Hiking Trail).

Greenacres Camping and Caravaning Site offers an unrivelled position in the heart of the stunning Hope Valley, within walking distance of Mam Tor.

The Campsite is approximately half way between the Villages of Hope and Edale. There is an off-road walk along the footpath, through the fields which brings you out in the middle of the village of Edale. This takes around 30 minutes.

Noted for it's beautiful scenary and relaxing atmosphere, the Campsite is family run and many visitors are welcomed back year after year.

We limit pitches to a sensible number, in order to maintain the quality and unique natural atmosphere of the Campsite.

Duke of Edinburgh Award Groups are welcome.

Ideal for walkers about to start or end their trek along the famous 270 Mile Pennine Way Hiking Route. For those less ambitious, there are countless beautiful and interesting areas around Edale for peaceful and scenic Peak District Walks, including the famous sites of Logbridge, Kinderdownfall, Mam Tor, Winnats Pass and Jacobs Ladder.

If you're planning a Camping or Caravanning break in the Peak District, Greenacres Campsite is an ideal location.
